SWEAT with Kayla Itsines is the world's biggest female fitness community and digital gym! The high-intensity BBG workouts are designed to build your strength, fitness and bikini body confidence! The workout included a mixture of bodyweight, plyometric (jumping), and strength-building exercises. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SWEAT APP

WORKOUTS

Workout in just 28 minutes a day, either at home or the gym! Each workout is completed in 4 circuits, repeating 2 different circuits twice for 7 minutes each. There is also a recovery session after each workout to stretch and recover your muscles. Each program provides weekly resistance, cardio, and recovery goals as well as bonus workouts such as challenges, quick workouts, and targeted areas! SWEAT includes 7 different workout programs that you can train at home or in the gym, it’s up to you! 




 Home programs:
  • BBG by Kayla Itsines: Bikini Body Guide is designed to build your strength, fitness and bikini body confidence.
  • PWR Post-Pregnancy by Kelsey Wells: Specialized post-natal training includes gentle warm-ups, low-impact abdominal, pelvic floor and full-body workouts that can be done with or without equipment. Each workout can be done in 28 minutes, so they can fit around naps and give you some time to focus on your own needs.
  • BAM by Sjana Earp: In Body and Mind you’ll learn the benefits yoga can have on your mind, body and soul! Each workout gives you the opportunity to learn new poses and to finish feeling calmer, healthier and stronger.

Gym programs:

  • BBG Stronger by Kayla Itsines: Target your arms, abs, legs and full body by safely adding gym equipment to your workouts so you can feel stronger and more confident.
  • PWR by Kelsey Wells: A weight-training program to sculpt muscle and increase your strength by teaching technical skills for enhanced gym workouts.
  • FIERCE by Chontel Duncan: With varied workouts ranging from HIIT training to strength training, this workout program will keep you guessing and train you to be ready for any fitness challenge that comes your way.
  • BUILD by Stephanie Sanzo: Build is a gym-based power building program that focuses on lifting heavy weights with correct technique while developing your muscle mass. Develop discipline, strength, and confidence with each specialized weight-lifting workout.


FOOD

The Nutrition section of the SWEAT app includes hundreds of nutritionally balanced recipes. Choose from daily meal plans with vegetarian, pescetarian, Lacto-vegetarian, Ovo-vegetarian and vegan diet preferences. I will say I haven't gotten too into the nutrition section yet, but fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. One of my goals for this year is to improve my nutrition to promote a healthier me! I have cut out soda and sweet tea and switched to water and Propel! 


ACTIVITY

The planner is perfect for scheduling your workouts for the week, including your HIIT and LISS sessions, resistance, rest and recovery. I love that the work is done for you, as far as creating an organized workout schedule. It is super easy to change the schedule around if something comes up. This has really motivated me to get my workouts done, I love checking things off a list it makes me feel accomplished.





PROGRESS

Compare weekly progress with private side-by-side photos or share with friends. Here you can see my before and after my first 4 weeks using the program! I have now been using SWEAT for 19 weeks and it is so motivating to see my progress! 




COMMUNITY


The SWEAT forum is the perfect place to connect with women who are focused on their health and fitness. SWEAT ON APPLE WATCH

SWEAT has Apple’s HealthKit integrated. The app will provide heart rate, calories and step counting metrics for all exercise and workouts. This has been a HUGE motivator for me, I am always trying to close all my rings on my Apple Watch!

OVERVIEW

The BBG is my favorite program, I'm already on week 19 of BBG 2.0! It is normally so hard for me to keep up with a program, I either get bored or don't see results and end up quitting. I am proud to say I still enjoy this program and it still challenges me every day. I love that there are different programs within the app to change it up and that there is an app for my Apple Watch to keep up and motivate to reach my fitness goals. 

Now for my results so far......I was so nervous to post these! I am so happy with the results and really see and feel a difference! My clothes are fitting better, I have more energy and just feel awesome. I actually look forward to working out now and hate to miss a workout.I can't say enough great things about this workout program, it really has made a difference and I am hooked!
