How to Organization Under Your Kitchen Sink

One of the most challenging spaces to organize in your home is under the kitchen sink.  When organizing under the kitchen sink you have to be creative to get the most use around the pipes and garbage disposal.  I am excited to share with you how I organized under my kitchen sink below!

The first step to any home organization project is to clear the space and purge the items that are not needed.  Under your kitchen sink, you want to only place those items that you need for everyday use.
After you have cleared the space, group the items into categories. I separated my items by cleaning products, dishwasher items, and home fragrances.
Now that you have everything separated into groups it is easier to create a plan on how you want to organize your items.  Once you have an idea of how you want to organize everything, it's time to get some bins and containers to store and organize your space. I picked up all of my organizational items from Target & Amazon, but you can also find great items at TJMaxx, Marshall, and HomeGoods.

HOW TO ORGANIZE UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK

Without further ado....this is what I came up with for my under the kitchen sink organization! I love the way it turned out and think it is super functional. If you want to see a breakdown of this space keep reading below!

A great way to organize your dishwasher tabs while still having them accessible is to use food containers. I fell in love with these containers from Target, they fit my color scheme and add a fun pop of color to this space. I also used these containers to store my cleaning sponges and replacement brush heads.

This cabinet basket organizer is another great organizational item that allowed me to maximize my space with the piping under the sink. In this drawer, I placed my garbage bags, wood oil for our cutting board, extra dishwasher tabs and rinsing aid. I like that I can quickly open this and see what is there.

Next, I picked up these metal baskets (similar) with neutral lining to maximize my space. They are perfect for holding my home fragrances, essential oils, microfiber cloths (love these), extra hand soap, and disposal cleaner. I like that it has a liner so that the items are hidden from plain sight and looks appealing to the eye.

I placed all of my everyday cleaning supplies in this fun caddy that is easy to access and carry upstairs to do my routine cleaning. It fits my cleaning products perfectly and keeps everything nice and organized. I added a Rae Dunn-inspired touch by creating a 'CLEAN' label with my Silhouette Cameo for the caddy.

Last but not least, to organize the wax melts I used this storage box (similar) that is easy to take out to pick out my scent for the day. I place this box behind my cleaning caddy for easy access.

And there you have it, a cute and organized space under your kitchen sink! I love how it turned out and how easy it is to access! Happy organizing friends!
