Memorial Day is finally almost here, which means its officially the start of Summer! More importantly, it is a day to remember those who gave their lives fighting for our freedoms. So I ask that you take a moment this weekend to remember those men and women and their families as they have sacrificed so much. Sadly I think the true meaning of this holiday has been overshadowed by drinking and celebrating having a day off work. It is so important to realize that without our men and women we would not be able to live the way we do and have the opportunities we have to follow our dreams. Unfourntely I feel as though our country is forgetting all that our men and women sacrifice and the risks that they take to protect us. As you enjoy your weekend just remember that others aren't as lucky and that we are so fortunate to be able to spend this time with our friends and families.
